Terms and Conditions
● To schedule an appointment, 50% of the total value of said appointment must be paid.
● If you purchase a gift voucher, you have a maximum period of 1 month to redeem from the moment of purchase.
● The user must be punctual with the scheduled time of their appointment, otherwise the service time will be subtracted.
● Our services will under no circumstances be erotic, stimulating or sexual.
● The user must provide an adequate and safe space to perform the service. None of our services are performed in bed unless there is a special condition that requires it.
● The user must inform about any relevant medical condition that may affect the performance of the services or the use of certain products.
● The user is expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during the service, maintaining the established limits.
● The Spa is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal items during the provision of the service.
● Payment for the service is made according to the options offered by the spa, whether electronic transfer, payment link or other accepted payment methods.
● If the service is requested for a minor, the presence and constant supervision of parents or legal guardians is required throughout the service.
Appointment cancellation or modification policies
● Once our staff is present at the appointment address, no refunds are made in case of cancellation.
● Schedule modifications must be made at least 3 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
